  JOÃO AFONSO

  Managing Director

  A veteran with close to 30 years of experience in property management and commanding first-hand knowledge of the Macau market, João oversees the overall operations and business development for Bela Vista. He leads his team to identify a pipeline of property management opportunities, to engage in project development and to market the projects in Macau.

  João began his career with the Macau government. In 1994, he set up MIRR real estate company, which became the agency of choice then for foreign investors in Macau.

  DANIEL LAM

  Associate Director - Head of Business Development

  Daniel has more than 20 years of solid experience in the real estate industry and accumulated a wealth of asset management experience during his stint with Cheong Kong Group, one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong. Daniel holds a Bachelor Degree in Housing Management from the University of Hong Kong and a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford. He also possesses extensive industry and technical know-how in the sales and leasing of commercial, retail and residential properties across Hong Kong, Macau and mainland China.

  
  

  Daniel is a member and chartered surveyor accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He is also a member of Hong Kong institute of Housing (HKIH), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and International Facility Management Association (IFMA) as well as a Registered Professional Housing Manager (RPHM).

  ELAINE CHEONG

  Associate Director – Head of Property Management

  Elaine brings to Bela Vista more than 10 years of experience in building management for both public and private sectors, having worked for the Macau government and various multi-national companies. Her expertise lies in managing premium properties in the residential and commercial sectors.

  
  

  Elaine is a chartered facilities management surveyor accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She is also a chartered member of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and Macau Property Management Professionals Association.

  FELIX NG

  Construction Project Manager

  Felix has some 10 years of experience in site supervision and management. He was actively involved in several prominent projects in Macau, such as Sands Cotai Central, Macau Light Rail Transit, Wynn Palace and The Parisian Macao Hotel.
  
  Felix is a member of Chartered Association of Building Engineers and Society of Operations Engineers.

  Head of Human Resources and Administration

  Vily has 10 years of experience in human resources management, specialising in talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits.  She is knowledgeable in Macau labour law and has experience in handling the work permit process.
  
  Vily is an accredited mediator.
